Dawn Chute is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at SF Fire Credit Union since May 2015, Dawn Chute has previously held influential positions such as Director of People & Culture at Leapset, Director of Human Resources at Athleta, and roles at Gap Inc. including Senior Manager of Organization Development & Training and Manager of Learning & Development. With a strong background in organizational development and culture maintenance, Dawn Chute has successfully contributed to high retention rates, employee engagement, and customer service excellence. Dawn's academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA and a Master's degree in Organization Development from Sonoma State University.
