Erin Wild

Erin Wild is an experienced member services professional with a diverse background in customer support and operational roles. Currently serving as a Member Services Advisor III at SF Fire Credit Union since January 2019, Erin interfaces with members to assist with various banking requests and is a member of the Chat Lead Team. Prior experience includes roles at Lending Club, where Erin held multiple positions ranging from Payment Processing Specialist to Sr. Payment Solutions Specialist, focusing on customer inquiries and mentoring. Erin's earlier experience includes a contract role at Vitagene as an Operations Associate and a customer-focused role at Plum District as Customer Loyalty Manager. Erin holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
