Lower School Spanish Teacher at San Francisco Friends School

Camilo Villa, M.A. Ed., is an experienced educator specializing in Spanish language instruction and educational equity. Currently serving as a Lower School Spanish Teacher at San Francisco Friends School since September 2021, Camilo employs diverse pedagogical methods, including TPRS and gender-inclusive curriculum development. As the Director of Educational Programs at Rainbow Collective For Change, responsibilities include facilitating gender-inclusive Spanish workshops and coordinating educational initiatives with various organizations. Additionally, Camilo lectures in the Step to College Program at San Francisco State University and previously taught a graduate course on Queering Education.
