Bobby Baksa

Director Of Player, Alumni & Community Relations at San Francisco Giants

Bobby Baksa has a range of work experience in various roles. From 1999 to 2005, they worked as a Recreation Leader/Coordinator at the City of Gilroy, where they were responsible for developing and implementing youth soccer and basketball programs. Bobby also managed the training and evaluation of recreation leaders and volunteers. In 2005, Bobby moved on to the City of Coronado as a Recreation Leader, where they were in charge of the development and implementation of the Youth Sports Camp, as well as managing a summer softball league and skatepark. Since 2006, they have been with the San Francisco Giants, starting as a Player & Community Relations Manager before advancing to Director of Player, Alumni & Community Relations in 2020. In their roles at the Giants, Bobby organized and coordinated various community outreach activities and programs, including the Garden, and built positive relationships within the community.

Bobby Baksa attended the following universities for their education:

- University of San Francisco from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Sport Management.

- San Diego State University from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Recreation Systems Management with a field of study in Recreation and Tourism Management.

- California State University, Monterey Bay from 2001 to 2003, but the degree and field of study are unknown.
