Latin American Medical Director at San Francisco Giants

Gabriel G. has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Gabriel began their career as a Graduate Director of Club Sports at Bloomsburg University from July 2012 to December 2013. After that, they joined the Cleveland Indians as a Minor League Baseball Athletic Trainer from March 2014 to December 2019. In 2020, Gabriel joined the Detroit Tigers, where they held multiple roles, including MiLB Assistant Medical Coordinator - International from December 2021 to October 2022, and MiLB ATC from January 2020 to October 2022. Currently, Gabriel is working for the San Francisco Giants as the Latin American Medical Director starting in December 2022.

Gabriel G. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from California State University-Chico in the years 2008 to 2012. Following this, Gabriel pursued a Master of Science degree in Clinical Athletic Training from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in the year 2012 to 2013. Prior to attending university, Gabriel completed high school at Steele Canyon High School from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Gabriel also obtained certification as a BOC ATC (Board of Certification, Athletic Trainer Certified) in December 2014.
