Dayana Chaves

Dayana Chaves, LCSW, is a seasoned professional in social work with extensive experience in clinical supervision and care management. Currently serving as Manager of Care Management and Clinical Supervisor in various departments at San Francisco Health Plan since May 2014, Dayana has previously held notable positions, including Clinical Program Supervisor at La Familia Counseling Service and Clinical Social Worker for the Family Acceptance Project at the University of California, San Francisco. Earlier roles include Supervisor for the TALK Line at the San Francisco Child Abuse Prevention Center and Mental Health Therapist for the CalWorks Program at Westside Community Services. Dayana Chaves holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology, both from California State University-Sacramento.
