With a background in technical writing and experience at various companies in the technology field, Jo Ann has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in web development and computer operations. Jo Ann holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BA in Comparative Literature from Penn State University.
