Matthew Medel

Matthew Medel has extensive experience in project management within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Manager of SF City Option at San Francisco Health Plan since November 2018. In this role, Matthew leads complex projects, oversees daily operations, and manages program enrollment and data tracking. Previously, at RTZ Systems, Matthew functioned as Project Manager, addressing client needs and ensuring site operability while coordinating programming tasks and quality assurance. Earlier experiences at Brookstone and Kaiser Permanente provided foundational skills in customer service and administrative support, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services from California State University, Fullerton.
