Nelo Hamidy

Nelo Hamidy is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in healthcare IT and process optimization. Currently serving as a Project Manager at San Francisco Health Plan since October 2024, Nelo previously held significant roles including IT PMO Director at Canopy Health and Director of IT Planning & Governance at Optum. Nelo's background includes leadership positions at Delta Dental Insurance, Kaiser Permanente, and Express Scripts, where a strategic focus on enterprise-wide IT projects and program management was key. Earlier experience includes re-engineering business processes at ADP and managing process optimization projects at Curtiss-Wright Corporation.
