Erica Pagan

Erica Pagan is a Senior Human Resources Analyst with the City and County of San Francisco - Human Services Agency since November 2023. Previously, Erica worked at the Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo, holding the positions of Human Resources Analyst II from July 2019 to November 2023 and Human Resources Analyst I before that. Notable accomplishments include writing the COVID-19 Prevention Plan in response to Cal-OSHA’s Temporary Emergency Standards. Erica’s expertise encompasses interpreting employment laws, advising on disciplinary matters, conducting recruitment activities, and overseeing classification and salary surveys. Erica obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California.
