Robert Luna is an experienced professional in workforce development and job placement, currently serving as a Senior Job Developer and Business Service Representative for the City and County of San Francisco's Human Services Agency's JOBsNOW! Program since March 2014. In this role, Robert facilitates wage reimbursement, paid internships, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for employers in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Previously, Robert worked as a Senior Forklift Instructor for Eckerd Organizations, focusing on forklift certification for formerly incarcerated individuals and pre-apprentice construction trades programs. Earlier experience includes serving as a WIA "Out-of-School" Youth Case Manager at Henkels & McCoy, Inc. Robert's education includes studies at Florida State University from 1979 to 1981.
