Jennifer Acton

Jennifer Acton has extensive work experience in environmental operations and management. Jennifer started their career as a Laboratory Technician at Monogram Biosciences - Virologics from June 2003 to December 2008. In May 2012, they became the Manager of the Bay Pollution Prevention Program before moving on to become the Environmental Operations Manager in June 2016, where they oversaw the Airport's Bay Pollution Prevention and Green Business Programs. In January 2020, Jennifer took on the role of Director of Utility Systems under the Facilities division at San Francisco International Airport. Their responsibilities include leading and directing staff, guiding developmental activities and upgrades of the Airport's critical utility infrastructure, and overseeing maintenance and repairs of assets.

Jennifer Acton has a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
