Seth Morgan

Seth Morgan is an experienced transportation planner currently serving as Transportation Planner IV at San Francisco International Airport since June 2018, specializing in landside operations planning for ground transportation. Prior to this role, Seth held various positions including Senior Transportation Planner at Rhode Island Public Transit Authority, where major contributions involved statewide public transportation planning with an emphasis on restructuring and flexible transportation. Previously, at Pace Suburban Bus, Seth was involved in multiple projects such as the Bus-on-Shoulder Express Program and Call-n-Ride initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Transportation Planning from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Wittenberg University. Recognition includes the 2013 APA National Planning Excellence Award for Transportation Planning.
