Lilian Ayala

Lilian Ayala is an Associate Engineer at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), focusing on livable streets, since September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Transportation Engineer for the City of Fremont from September 2022 to August 2024 and at Fehr & Peers from February 2017 to September 2022. Lilian began a career in transportation engineering with internships at Kittelson & Associates, Inc., MARTA, Wantman Group, Inc., and United Forming, Inc., gaining expertise in traffic analysis, transportation planning, roadway design, and CAD drawing. Lilian holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, earned between 2012 and 2016.
