Paul Stanis

Paul Stanis, P.E. serves as the Design Review Team Leader in the Livable Streets section of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency since May 2013. Key projects include the Valencia Bikeway Improvement, various streetscape enhancements, and emergency responses related to COVID-19. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Transportation Engineer at DKS Associates, where responsibilities encompassed CEQA analysis and transportation planning, and as a Junior Engineer at Philip Habib and Associates, focusing on pedestrian facilities and multimodal planning. Paul’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, both from Washington University in St. Louis.
