Janet Bishop

Janet Bishop serves as the Chief Curator and Curator of P/S at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) since March 2019, following a long tenure as Curator of Painting and Sculpture at the same institution from 2000 to 2019. Janet holds a Master of Arts in Art History from Columbia University, obtained between 1986 and 1988, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Psychology from Cornell University, earned from 1981 to 1985.
