Jonathan Silva

Jonathan Silva has a diverse work experience. Jonathan started their career as a Communication Systems Technician at AVD Advanced Voice and Data and AVD Security in 2009. Jonathan then worked as a Systems Engineer at RFI from 2010 to 2016, with roles including Information Technology Support Specialist and Security Systems Installer. Jonathan then joined the US Army in 2012 as an Information Technology Specialist until 2019. From 2016 to the present, Jonathan has been associated with SFMOMA San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, where they have held roles as a Systems Engineer and currently serves as the Associate Director of Physical & Information Security.

Jonathan Silva has attended multiple educational institutions and obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they completed a program in Information Technology at the United States Army's School of Information Technology. In 2014-2015, they studied General Studies at San Jose City College. Prior to that, in 2006-2007, they pursued Environmental Science at De Anza College.

In addition to their formal education, Jonathan Silva has acquired several certifications. Jonathan received certifications such as Axis Certified Professional, Exacq Video Management System, and Symmetry Security Management System in 2015. In 2009, they obtained certifications including Certified Professional Fiber Optics Installer, Certifying and Troubleshooting Premises Cabling Systems, Copper and Fiber Cabling Installation, Information Transport Systems, and Installing and Terminating Premises Cabling Systems.
