Denny Phan, PE, PMP, CCM, currently serves as the Acting Manager of the Infrastructure Task Force at San Francisco Public Works, overseeing senior project managers and engineers on large-scale Development Agreement projects. With extensive experience in project management, Denny has led critical public infrastructure projects such as Treasure Island and the Potrero Power Station while managing a portfolio budget of over $100 million in the Streetscape Program. Denny has previously held roles as a Road & Highway Engineer at Parsons Corporation, Design Engineer at Harris & Associates, and civil engineering positions at the City of San Carlos and the San Francisco County Transportation Authority. Denny holds a Master of Science in Civil and Construction Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
