Nicolas Huff, PE, PMP, CCM, is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in public works and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Bureau Manager at the San Francisco Public Works since April 2017, Nicolas leads the Bureau of Street Use & Mapping, overseeing a team of 120 employees across three sections. Previously, Nicolas held positions such as Senior Project Manager, where management included a multi-billion-dollar portfolio for the Infrastructure Task Force, and Section Manager, directing a project controls team with a $3M budget. Prior experience includes roles at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency and earlier tenure at San Francisco Public Works, where significant construction projects were managed, demonstrating a strong ability to coordinate with various stakeholders. Nicolas holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
