David Berger

David Berger is a Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where extensive leadership roles have included serving on the Firm's Board of Directors and chairing both the Policy and Pro Bono Committees. As a Director on the Board of the Long-Term Stock Exchange, David is also the chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. David holds the position of President at the American College of Governance Counsel and serves as a Fellow at the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford University. Additionally, David is a Senior Fellow at New York University School of Law's Institute of Corporate Governance and Finance and a Director at the San Francisco Symphony. Past roles include Advisory Board Member at Faurecia and General Counsel for the San Francisco Bay Area Super Bowl 50 Host Committee. Academic qualifications include a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA in History from Duke University.
