Elizabeth Shribman

Elizabeth Shribman has a diverse range of work experience in the music industry. Elizabeth has worked at the San Francisco Symphony as a Chief of Staff, where they managed the organization's strategic planning process and led a project focused on evolving the SFS business model. Elizabeth also served as a Financial Analyst at the same organization, where they developed and analyzed budgets and projections and provided financial support to various departments.

Prior to that, Elizabeth worked as the General Manager at the Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, overseeing multiple departments and negotiating collective bargaining agreements. Elizabeth also worked as an Orchestra Manager at the Aspen Music Festival and School, and as a Manager of International Touring & Concerts and Media Projects in Prague for the Czech Philharmonic.

Elizabeth's early experience includes working as a General Manager and Tour Manager for the Dartmouth Symphony Orchestra, where they handled all organizational and logistical tasks and successfully executed the orchestra's first-ever tour. Elizabeth also had an internship at the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.

Overall, Elizabeth Shribman has a strong background in managing and coordinating various aspects of music organizations, including strategic planning, financial analysis, orchestra operations, and international touring.

Elizabeth Shribman completed their MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their A.B. degree in Musicology from Dartmouth College and studied at Charles University with a focus on "Ústav jazykové a odborné přípravy" field of study. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned certifications such as the Emerging Leaders Program from the League of American Orchestras in June 2019 and the Essentials of Orchestra Management from the same institution in January 2009.
