Gabriela Franco Parcella is Managing Partner of Merlone Geier Partners, a private equity real estate firm with $4.5 billion under management, and President of Merlone Geier Management, LLC. At Merlone Geier, Gabriela is a member of the Investment Committee and Executive Team. Before Merlone Geier, Gabriela was the Chairman, President, and CEO of Mellon Capital, serving in those roles for seven years of her 20-year tenure. At Mellon Capital, she oversaw the fully integrated $360 billion AUM company. She is an independent director of Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO), where she serves as Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Gabriela is also an Independent Trustee of the Dodge & Cox Funds, where she serves as Chair of the Audit and Compliance Committee. Additionally, Gabriela serves on the Stanford Law School Dean's Advisory Council, the Stanford Real Estate Council, and The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business Dean's Advisory Council. In 2019, she concluded her term as Chair of the Board of Schools of the Sacred Heart, San Francisco. Gabriela has a Masters in Professional Accounting and a B.A. in Business Administration, both with High Honors, from the University of Texas at Austin. She holds a J.D. with Distinction from Stanford Law School.
