Bernie Sauer

Bernie Sauer has extensive experience in Information Technology and Information Systems management in the healthcare industry. Bernie began their career as the Assistant Director of Information Services at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in 1995, where they oversaw various operations and supervised a team of fifteen people. Bernie then moved on to WRH Health System in 2002, taking on the role of Director of Information Systems, where they managed the organization's Information Services operations, supervised five people, and had a budget of $1.5 million. Bernie Sauer's most recent position was at San Gabriel Valley Medical Center, where they served as the Director of Information Technology, overseeing and managing IT and Communication Operations within the hospital. Bernie developed budgets and performed project management on various hospital implementations.

Bernie Sauer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, where they attended from 1987 to 1991. Bernie then pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics at the same university, studying from 1991 to 1993.
