Jennifer Clark

Jennifer Clark is an experienced professional in employee and leadership development, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Development and previously as the Manager of Leadership Development at San Jacinto College since February 2016. In these roles, Jennifer is integral to the Organizational and Talent Development team in Human Resources, focusing on the design and implementation of employee development programs aligned with the college's talent development strategy. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at the University of Houston - Clear Lake from October 2002 to February 2016 as the Assistant Director of Student Life, where responsibilities included leading the SLICE program, which offered a variety of leadership workshops and retreats. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Miami University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Science in Music/Performing Arts/Psychology from Citrus College.
