Quentin Bellard

Quentin Bellard, Ed.D., currently serves as a Senior Instructional Designer at San Jacinto College, focusing on integrating instructional technology tools and open educational resources to enhance various delivery methods of education. With an extensive background in higher education, Quentin has held multiple positions at Lamar University, including Adjunct Instructor and Assistant Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning Enhancement, where responsibilities included developing programs that promote effective teaching and supporting faculty in their instructional practices. Additionally, roles in residence life and database administration further enriched Quentin's diverse experience. Academically, Quentin holds a Doctorate of Education in Instructional Systems Design and Technology and various degrees, including a Master's in Educational Technology Leadership and a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems.
