Shazia Husain

Shazia Husain is a dedicated alumni fundraising professional currently serving as the Coordinator of Alumni & Annual Giving at San Jacinto College since January 2023. With a strong ability to design and execute effective fundraising campaigns, Shazia employs data and technology to enhance results and foster alumni engagement. Previous experience includes working as a full-time preschool teacher at Tottenberry’s Private School & Day Care from June 2014 to October 2017, where responsibilities encompassed curriculum planning and child safety. Additionally, Shazia served as a Front Desk Receptionist at European Wax Center from March 2011 to March 2012, managing front desk operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Digital Marketing & Analytics from St.Edward's University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media & Professional Communication from Texas Tech University, complemented by an Associate of Arts in General Communication from San Jacinto College.
