Tricia Taper

Tricia Taper is an experienced professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Organizational Development at San Jacinto College since July 2022. Prior to this role, Tricia held the position of Organization Development Supervisor at PrimeWay Federal Credit Union since February 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing the learning needs of 122 staff members, managing onboarding processes, and designing engaging training programs that improved employee retention and member satisfaction. Additional experience includes serving as a Professional Development and Training Specialist at Bank of NY Mellon, where Tricia developed learning solutions aligned with adult learning principles, and as a Senior Training Specialist at Invesco US.
