Wayne Wauters SPHR SCP CIR CDP is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Employment and Manager of Talent Acquisition at San Jacinto College since August 2012, Wayne designs and implements strategies to enhance faculty and staff recruitment in alignment with organizational growth. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Executive Recruiter at The Methodist Hospital, where Wayne specialized in full cycle recruitment for various healthcare positions, and as Director of Financial Services Recruitment & Human Resources at Ryman, Bell, Green & Michaels. Wayne began a career in electronics with the US Navy, where responsibilities included navigation electronics for Trident submarines. Educational achievements encompass a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University and ongoing work towards a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Liberty University.
