Darcy Koster

Darcy Koster is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, marketing, and community relations. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue and Resources at the United Way of San Joaquin County since June 2012, Darcy focuses on fostering partnerships with businesses and individuals to promote the organization’s mission. Prior roles include co-founding Bull n' Bear Ltd., where Darcy operated two successful establishments, and holding various marketing leadership positions at Bank of Agriculture & Commerce/ECC Bank and Union Safe Deposit Bank. With a Master’s Degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Darcy has cultivated a diverse skill set in strategic marketing and community engagement throughout a career that spans several decades.
