Sandra Edmond Fobbs

Sandra Edmond Fobbs is a seasoned professional in the field of school psychology, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Mindfulness Officer at HiveWire Tribe since March 2025, in addition to being a Foundational Member of BlackUnicorn Ventures. Prior to this role, Sandra has gained extensive experience as Content Strategy Manager at the San Joaquin County Office of Education since February 2019 and as a School Psychologist across various school districts, including Lammersville Unified School District, Hayward Unified School District, and Aspire Public Schools. Responsibilities have included conducting psycho-educational assessments, providing counseling, consulting on behavior interventions, and coordinating positive behavioral support initiatives. Sandra holds a Master of Science in Counseling, School Psychology, and has a robust educational background with degrees from California State University, Los Angeles, and El Camino College.
