Les J. Fong

The City of Stockton appointed Les Fong to his first four-year term on the RTD Board of Directors in 2009. Director Fong returned to RTD on February 24, 2015, when the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors appointed him to his second four-year term. Director Fong is the President of Les Fong and Associates, an advertising, marketing, and public relations firm in Stockton. He has also served at San Joaquin Delta College as an adjunct Advertising and Marketing instructor since 1981 and as a business consultant to the Small Business Development Center. His philanthropic interests are many and varied. He is currently serving on a number of boards and committees including the San Joaquin County Workforce Investment Board, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of San Joaquin County, the Children’s Museum of Stockton, and the Chinese Cultural Society of Stockton.
