Stephennie Link

Stephennie Link currently serves as a Senior Procurement Specialist at San Joaquin Regional Transit District since June 2021, after beginning a tenure at San Joaquin RTD in April 2016 as a Senior Accountant and also holding the position of Mobility Specialist. With extensive experience in the finance and accounting sectors, Stephennie worked as a Tax Preparer at Jackson Hewitt since January 2005, and as an Auditor at Jackson Rancheria from May 2007 to March 2016, where duties included financial modeling, audits, and compliance with gaming regulations. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager/Bookkeeper at Downtown Lodi Business Partnership from March 2004 to May 2007. Educational qualifications include two Master of Business Administration degrees in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Financial Accounting from the University of Phoenix, as well as an Associate of Science in Accounting from Heald Business College.
