Mark Souders

Mark Souders is an experienced information services manager currently serving at the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District since April 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held the same position at the City of Madera from April 2017 to April 2023. Mark's extensive background in information technology includes leadership positions as Director of Information Technology and Operations and Network Manager at Vast Networks, along with prior roles at the City of Fresno as Information Systems Supervisor and Network Systems Specialist. Early career experiences include working as a Systems Engineer at Valley Network Solutions and in sales at Clear Channel Communications. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in I.T. Management from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science in Mathematics from Reedley College.
