Scott Green

Scott Green is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government affairs and policy advisory roles. Currently serving as the Senior Government Affairs Manager at San José Clean Energy since January 2023, Scott previously held significant positions including Senior Policy Advisor and Director of Legislative Affairs for Mayor Sam Liccardo from September 2015 to December 2022. Additionally, Scott worked as a Clean Tech Policy Officer at the San Jose Office of Economic Development and as Chief of Staff for Vice Mayor Chirco. Scott holds a Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University College of Law and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. Scott's educational background also includes attendance at the prestigious Bronx High School of Science.
