Alex C. has a distinguished career in soccer coaching, currently serving as the Director of Coaching for San Jose Earthquakes Soccer since July 2008, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of the Club Style of Play since 2017. Notable achievements include leading the first team to a competitive performance record of 28 points per game in MLS 2022 and providing leadership for various teams, including the U-19 squad and SJ Earthquakes II.
