Brett Karleen

Brett Karleen has worked as the Director of Soccer Operations at San Jose Earthquakes Soccer since January 2019. In this role, they oversee day to day duties within the soccer operations department and manages the first team and second team operations. Brett also manages the First Team Salary Cap and Soccer Operations Budget. Prior to this, Brett worked as the Manager of Soccer Operations at Reno 1868 FC from November 2016 to December 2018. Brett also worked at LA Galaxy as part of the Game Day Operations and Youth Coach from June 2015 to October 2016.

Brett Karleen attended San Jose State University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
