Erin Ridley

Erin Ridley is an experienced soccer coach currently serving as the Academy Head Coach for U15 boys at San Jose Earthquakes Soccer, where also serves as an assistant coach for U17 boys. Ridley holds an Elite Formation Coaching License and has previously coached both U19 and U17 girls' Development Academy teams. In addition to coaching roles, Ridley is a SheChampions Mentor with the U.S. Soccer Federation, supporting women in coaching education. Significant achievements include assisting the U17 Women's National Team that won the 2022 Women’s U17 Concacaf Championship and qualified for the U17 World Cup. Prior coaching experience includes head coaching positions at Chattanooga Football Club and assistant roles at various educational institutions and clubs, where Ridley contributed to numerous championships and player development initiatives. Ridley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Virginia.
