Shane Mecham

Shane Mecham currently serves as the First Team Video Analyst for the San Jose Earthquakes Soccer team, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Shane was the U11 and U12 Boys Pre-Academy Head Coach at North Carolina FC Youth from January to November 2022 and also worked as a First Team Video Analyst and Assistant Coach for North Carolina Football Club during the same period. Shane's coaching experience includes a role as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Men's Soccer team at High Point University from June 2019 to February 2022 and as the Head Coach of the top U16 and U12 Boys teams at Piedmont Triad Football Club between August 2019 and January 2022. Shane holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from High Point University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (2015-2019).
