Luke Self is a multifaceted professional currently serving as a Firefighter Training Specialist at the San José Fire Department since December 2022. With extensive experience in the film industry, Luke has held various roles including Video Editor at ST6, Archivist and Filmmaker for The Dalai Lama Foundation, and Assistant Art Director for Blumhouse Productions. Early career contributions include positions as a Production Assistant for notable productions such as Netflix's Longmire series and Twentieth Century Fox's Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials. Educational qualifications include a Film and Digital Media degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, alongside language proficiency from Stockholm University and fire training from the South Bay Fire Academy.
