Ben Taylor is an accomplished sports management professional with extensive experience in various roles within the sports industry. Currently serving as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer for the San Jose Giants since October 2019, Ben previously held the position of Head of Partnerships at USA Cycling and Director of Promotions for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox. Ben's early career includes multiple roles at the San Jose Giants, beginning as a Media Relations and Marketing Intern and progressing to Director of Marketing and Media Relations. Additionally, Ben has significant experience in broadcasting, having been the Lead Broadcaster/Analyst and Sports Director at KDVS radio station, where contributions included hosting a weekly sports talk show and leading the sports department. Educationally, Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from the University of California, Davis.

The San Jose Giants are the Single A Affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. The team has been affiliated with the San Francisco Giants since 1988 which is the longest current working agreement in the California League. The San Jose Giants play in the historic Excite Ballpark, previously San Jose Municipal Stadium.
