Gene Frazier, MPA, C.M., CFM, serves as the Deputy Director of Facilities & Engineering at San José Mineta International Airport since March 2021. Previously, Gene held the position of Superintendent of Airport Facilities Management at Tallahassee International Airport from February 2019 to March 2021, and was the Facility Operations Manager at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport ConRAC from February 2013 to February 2019. Additional experience includes serving as the Regional Facilities Operations Director at Rehabilitation Services of Louisiana and as a Financial Services Advisor at Herzing University. Gene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Howard University and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Finance from the University of New Orleans.
