Prior experience includes roles as a Ramp Manager at Aviation Port Services, where responsibilities encompassed safe aircraft handling and customer-focused ground services. Additionally, Luis served as a Multi-aircraft Control Systems Pilot at NASA Ames Research Center, contributing to NextGen air traffic control studies. Early experience as a Barista at Philz Coffee involved crafting high-quality beverages and managing customer transactions, alongside a leadership role as an Orientation Leader at San Jose State University. Luis is pursuing a degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations at San Jose State University, with prior education at Heritage High School.
