Fatima Zaidi

Fatima Zaidi, M.S., BCBA is an experienced professional in the field of special education and behavior analysis. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at San José Unified School District, Fatima provides support for IEP teams, manages staff development, and ensures safety for staff and students. As the Founder of Motivation Works, Fatima offers innovative resources for learning and behavior. With previous roles as a Master Trainer/Consultant at QBS, Inc., a Teacher at The New England Center for Children, and an Associate Instructor at CREC, Fatima has a solid foundation of experience in the field. Fatima holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western New England University and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics/Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
