John-Carlo Guevara, EIT, has extensive experience in the field of civil engineering, particularly in pipeline design and project coordination. Since November 2014, John-Carlo has served as an Assistant Engineer at San Jose Water Company, where responsibilities include designing potable and recycled water pipeline project plans using Microstation and AutoCAD, generating contract documents, conducting hydraulic analyses, and leading team processes for successful project completion. Prior to this role, John-Carlo worked as a Junior Engineer in the same department and as an Engineering Intern at Santa Clara Valley Water District, gaining experience in construction management and contractor coordination. John-Carlo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University.
