Mark Keil has extensive experience in networking and technology management, currently serving as Network Manager at San Jose Water Company since March 1998, where responsibilities include VOIP integration, unified messaging, and mobile computing projects. Mark also held the position of President at Norcal Youth Hockey from 2000 to 2010. Prior to these roles, Mark worked at IBM from 1981 to 1997, serving as a customer engineer across various assignments. Mark completed education at Oak Grove in 1981.
