Kelly C. Neill, SPHR, currently serves as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at San Juan Construction, Inc., a position held since May 2012, where oversight is provided to ensure compliance with corporate objectives and federal contracting requirements while managing international recruitment strategies. Previously, Kelly operated as a Human Resources Consultant from August 2010 to May 2012, offering executive-level HR expertise and presenting on various topics at conferences. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Best Sign Systems, Inc. from February 2007 to August 2010, and as Regional HR Director for Volunteers of America from May 2002 to October 2006, where leadership training and orientation programs were developed to foster a strong corporate culture. Kelly obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management from Texas Christian University between 1980 and 1984.
