Libby Johnson

Libby Johnson currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at San Juan Regional Medical Center since July 2024. Previously, Libby held the position of Director, Talent Development at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona from February 2019 to February 2024, overseeing a team focused on instructional design, learning technology, and leadership development for a large non-profit organization. Other roles include Training Operations Manager at thredUP, where oversight of training facilitators was key, and Sr. Account Executive/Training Lead at UNOde50, concentrating on training strategies for revenue growth. Libby's earlier experience includes being the Regional Operations Training Manager at David Yurman, where the creation of processes and training deliverables was crucial for operational success. Libby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a Paralegal Studies Certification in Contract Law at Phoenix College.
