Troy Fuhrman has extensive work experience in the medical field. Troy started their career in 1989 as the Director of Diagnostic Imaging and Radiation Oncology Services at San Juan Regional Medical Center. In 2007, they joined San Juan College as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor. From 1997 to 2008, they also served as a Clinical Radiologic Technology Instructor at Weber State University.
Troy Fuhrman has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Capella University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from AdventHealth University from 2001 to 2003. Troy also completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Radiologic Sciences from Aims Community College from 1987 to 1989. In terms of certifications, Troy has obtained various certifications, including "Improving Global Health: Focusing on Quality and Safety" from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX in 2020, as well as certifications from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and professional organizations such as AHRA: The Association for Medical Imaging Management and the American Society of Radiologic Technologists.
