Teresa Rowan

Teresa Rowan is the current Principal at Albert Schweitzer Elementary in San Juan Unified. Prior to this role, Teresa served as Principal at Village PK-8 School in Twin Rivers Unified School District and also held positions including Director of Co-Curricular Activities & New Teacher Support, Instructional Support Teacher on Special Assignment, and Elementary School Teacher. Teresa holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from National University and an Administrative Credential in Educational Leadership and Administration from Sacramento County Office of Education Leadership Institute. Teresa also earned a Bachelor of Arts and California Teaching Credential in Elementary Education and Teaching from California State University, Chico.
