Jean-Luc Desire is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the automotive and heavy industries. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Noregon Systems and an Advisory Board Member for BytEdge, Inc., Jean-Luc has demonstrated a strong focus on growth initiatives and generative AI applications. As a consultant at JLD Impact, Jean-Luc developed a comprehensive process for boosting company valuations through strategic and operational enhancements. Previously, Jean-Luc held significant leadership roles, including CEO at Haldex, where historical sales and EBIT records were achieved, and Vice President at Tenneco and WABCO, where substantial improvements were made in both EBIT and sales. Jean-Luc's early career included various strategic and managerial positions at Peugeot and PSA Peugeot Citroën.
